Location:  Kigali Rwanda

Project cost:  US$ 11.5 Million

Status:  Completed Sept 2011

With the Rwanda government vision of attaining middle-income status by the year 2020, it sought to eradicate illiteracy in the country by making education facilities more accessible to the public. In doing so, the government set up the largest most modern library facility of its kind in Kigali.

FEINSTEIN ACADEMY

Client:  Flying Kites Org

Location:  Kinangop - Nyandarua

Project cost:  Kes 25 Million

Status:  Completed Sept 2008

Involvement: Design & development and site supervision.

Flying Kites Org. dealing in educating young orphans in Kinangop-Nyandarua county, set out to construct a modern school facility consisting of a classroom block, a community clinic and a library building all within the same compound.
The Junior Scholar’s Academy was first to be built which accommodated primary school classes 1- 4.

MULTI-PURPOSE HALL

Client:  Mount Kenya Academy

Location:  Nyeri

Project cost:  Kes 45 Million

Status:  Completed Feb 2014

Involvement: Design & development and site supervision.

A multi-purpose hall designed to be used for holding school functions, assemblies, parents meetings and administering examinations. Built on two levels, it houses the school hall on the upper ground floor with offices on the lower ground floor.

RURII BOYS SCHOOL

Client:  St. Catherine's Mission - Kenya

Location:  Rurii - Meru

Project cost:  Kes 34 Million

Status:  Completed Dec 2013

Involvement: Design & development and site supervision.

A development comprising of classroom block for primary school pupils, a multi-purpose hall and laboratory facilities.
Located in Rurii Meru, the project was funded by St. Catherine’s Mission in Kenya.
